$10 office fee per day, per rider.

Draw-outs are excepted by 8:00 AM the day of the race to avoid a $10 office fee. Drawouts apply to all sessions for the day.
Draw-outs with no notification will be asked to pay their turn-out entry fee before entering the next Rafter E Productions barrel race.
Trainer Time is open to the rider that paid the fee. The Trainer Time fee can not be shared with another rider. Trainer time allows an unlimited amount of horses in one-hour blocks.
Exhibitions are assigned in 30-minute time slots and are called in order by the announcer. Please be on time for your exhibitions. If a contestant signs up for exhibitions and decides not to use them without notice by 8:00 AM the day of the race, the rider must still pay for them.
Exhibition riders are required to pay the $10 office fee.
W9 forms must be on file for contestants to receive their winnings.
Checks MUST be cashed within 45 days of the date it was issued.
NO VENMO payments for winnings for the 2024 year. ONLY check payments will be issued.
It is the contestant’s responsibility to provide Rafter E Productions with their mailing address.
