Welcome to Rafter E Productions. We are excited to have you competing with us. Our goal is for competitors to have a wonderful time and enjoy themselves at our races.
$15 office fee per day, per rider.

Draw-outs are excepted by 7:00 AM the day of the race to avoid a $15 office fee. Drawouts apply to all sessions for the day.
Draw-outs with no notification will be asked to pay their turn-out entry fee before entering the next Rafter E Productions barrel race.
Exhibitions are assigned in 30-minute time slots and are called in order by the announcer. Please be on time for your exhibitions. If a contestant signs up for exhibitions and decides not to use them without notice by 7:00 AM the day of the race, the rider must still pay for them.
Exhibition riders are required to pay the $15 office fee.
W9 forms must be on file for contestants to receive their winnings.
Checks MUST be cashed within 45 days of the date it was issued.
NO VENMO payments for winnings for the 2025 year. ONLY check payments will be issued.
The contestants are responsible for providing Rafter E Productions with their mailing address.
